2. Choose your exchange method: either drop off in person or send via postal service.
– For in-person drop-off: Simply bring the product along with the receipt (VAT invoice) to the Raphe’s office
– For postal shipments, please ensure the shipping service confirms the condition of the goods: sealed with original tamper-proof labels, intact packaging, products undamaged and unbroken, and all accessories included.
– Contact the dealer or store where you purchased the product directly to arrange the exchange.
Step 3: Costs Related to Exchange
You may be responsible for the following fees when exchanging a product:
– Postal shipping costs: If you do not bring the product directly to Raphe’s office for exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to send the product to Raphe’s.
– If you send a product that does not meet Raphe’s exchange or return conditions, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to you.
Step 4: Packaging Products for Return to Raphe’s Vietnam
– Please package the product for return along with the original receipt (VAT invoice)
– Raphe’s must receive the returned product within 10 days from the successful delivery date. If the product is sent after 10 days of receipt, we will not process the exchange. This exchange policy may change without prior notice due to product standard conditions. Therefore, please regularly check the raphepharma.com website for the latest updates.
Refund Policy
Refund for Returned Products raphepharma.com Refunds will only be issued to the Buyer once the returned products have been received at Raphepharma warehouse. Depending on the case, the refund will be transferred to the Customer’s bank account or to the credit/debit card registered by the Buyer in the order information.
